Every client is partnered with an individual and personalized Account Manager - a specially trained personal point of contact - who will liaise with you, throughout the campaign. Your Account Manager will coordinate with many of our internal departments to see your program through from the beginning, including the development of materials (graphic design and print production), data processes and procedures, accounting procedures, IT needs, and much more. Our inbound call centre works in tandem with field representatives during the donor acquisition process to provide smooth, professional transactions that garner quality, long-term donors.
Our entire facility is completely PCI Compliant, meaning we provide a certified, secure environment for every payment transaction we process. We utilize custom-designed database systems which allow us to provide practical and timely analytical services to our clients; a detailed insight into donor behaviour that enables us to run campaigns with defined Returns on Investment.
Currently our clients range from non-profit organizations for which we provide fundraising services, to national service providers, such as gas & hydro companies, for which we perform direct marketing services. Canadian Red Cross
Red Cross' network is vast, but their approach is simple. All Red Cross programs and activities are guided by the Fundamental Principles of Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity and Universality. Within Canada, Canadian Red Cross has focused on emergency response, first aid and water safety training, community health, family reunification, and other services in communities across the country.
TNI works with Red Cross in garnering monthly donors in supporting people in Canada, who need emergency relief in disaster situations. TNI is proud to be working with Red Cross, who help people right here at home in Canada, and around the world.
Children International
Children International is a non-profit humanitarian organization dedicated to bettering the lives of impoverished children, their families and communities. Children International works towards these goals through child sponsorship, which unites children in need with individual sponsors who wish to address the children's immediate and basic needs. Sponsoring a child gives impoverished children the tools and opportunities necessary for success by providing benefits and supporting programs for each child in the areas of education and health. Children International's program has benefitted more than 335,000 impoverished children and their families in 11 countries throughout the world. TNI has been working with Children International since 2009 in garnering child sponsorships in the hopes of helping impoverished children break the cycle of poverty and be given the opportunity to realize their full potential.
Plan Canada
Plan is a global movement for change, mobilizing millions of people around the world to support social justice for children in developing countries. Through programs in 66 countries, Plan gives children, families and communities the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty and build sustainable solutions with measurable results for improving their own lives. Each year, Plan's work impacts the lives of more than 3.5 million families and children in over 25,000 communities.
TNI currently works with Plan across Canada, assisting them with new child sponsor acquisition and the building of new and stronger communities. For more than 6 years, TNI has helped Plan find sponsors for tens of thousands of needy children throughout the world, and is proud to work with such a great humanitarian organization.
Save the Children
Save the Children Canada has been working since 1921 both in Canada and overseas to bring immediate and lasting improvements to children's lives through the realization of their rights. Save the Children globally, has reached over 80 million children and many others working to save and improve children's lives, including parents, community members, local organizations and government agencies. They work in over 120 countries around the world, making them the world's largest independent organization for children.
TNI works with Save the Children Canada, in finding monthly donors to improve children's lives and the communities they live in. TNI is pleased to be partnered with such a great organization that brings lasting improvement to the lives of children around the world.
SickKids Foundation
The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) is no longer just a Hospital. Its role and mission have evolved well beyond its initial commitment to treat those children who knocked on its doors. SickKids is now a place where patient care, research and education play equal roles in improving the health of children. Every year, approximately 15,000 children stay at SickKids Hospital in close to 400 beds; almost 300,000 visits are made to more than 100 clinics; emergency staff treat 50,000 children; and 13,000 operations are performed.
SickKids and TNI have built a strong relationship in garnering monthly donors for almost 4 years and we share in their vision of Healthier Children. Happier World. ™. We are proud to work with such an excellent organization.
World Vision
World Vision is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. World Vision works to improve child well-being and to serve people around the world regardless of religion, race, gender or ethnicity.
TNI currently works with World Vision across Canada to help them with new child sponsor acquisition. TNI and World Vision have been working together for almost 10 years and TNI has helped World Vision find over 100,000 sponsors for thousands of needy children throughout the world, and is honoured to work with such a wonderful organization.
