Al LaChance has been in the advertising and marketing industry for over ten years. His hard work and dedication paid off when he opened Big Maveric Marketing Inc., in August of 2003. He has since developed strong strategies for success which has guided Big Maveric to surpass the 5 Million Performance Points mark. Big Maveric promoted Christal Fenning to ownership status in June of 2006 and Christal now runs her own company, Ace 1 Advertising & Acquisitions Inc. In 2008, Al took an opportunity and opened up Big Maveric Marketing Inc. in Montreal, leading the way for TNI's expansion into the Quebec market. Since opening operations in Montreal, Al has promoted a Manger, an Assistant Manner and oversees 2 Agencies in the Montreal office. Al's dedication to the growth of TNI and its Agencies led to his promotion to TNI Regional Director in July of 2009. Al and the Big Maveric team have also won TNI's Top Administrative Team Award for 2 years in a row. Al was most recently awarded his 10 Year Service Award at the 2010 West Coast Holiday Party.
