Brenda Bates is the Director of Data Processing at TNI and one of TNI's new partners. Mrs. Bates was TNI's first employee hired back in 1999 when the company was in its infancy stages and in the years since, as our staff numbers have continued to grow and grow, Mrs. Bates and her role have grown with it. Her responsibilities include overseeing the staff in our largest department, Data Processing, and ensuring that proper procedures are in place from the start of all programs and that such procedures are consistently monitored and adjusted to ensure efficiency, relevance and quality. With her positive attitude and strong work ethic, there couldn't be a better leader for her department.
