Mrs. Lecompte started in direct sales in the spring of 1999 as a face-to-face canvasser. Backed by a great deal of strong field experience and a desire to succeed, she was promoted to management and managed offices in Calgary and Toronto. Her credits also include being a National Trainer which saw her travel extensively across Canada and the United States to fulfill training responsibilities. Mrs. Lecompte then joined TNI’s head office in Peachland in the spring of 2003 and in 2008 was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and most recently named a corporate partner of TNI. She oversees a number of areas relating to client relations and program development as well as TNI’s Marketing and Data Processing departments. Mrs. Lecompte continues to work hard with relevant departments in the development and implementation of program processes, procedures, budgets and performance metrics.
